The Year is Flying
The year is almost over, and it's been a good one. Lots of lows, lots of highs...just enough of everything to make life interesting.
I'm thankful for everyone and everything in my life...it's what has made me who I am, and I'm good with that. :)
Looking forward to another great week ahead...getting busier...I'm good with that, too!

Another Cleaning Day
I have another day in which I could be cleaning. It will be dreary outside, and I'd be better off concentrating on the inside.
Amd I shall.

Work Is Good
Work is great, but it's even better when you get to work with REALLY talented people.
Word.

The Best Things
Sometimes the best things are the hardest things.
Take that any way you like.

Let Hawk Tawk Begin!
Today is the first episode of Season 4 of Hawk Talk with Bill Self, which my son Christopher and I shoot for television at the Salty Iguana in Lawrence, KS. It's a radio show, but it's produced in a restaurant with lots of rooms...so we shoot it with three cameras, send it to all the TVs in the restaurant, and also record it for playback in the other Salty Iguanas in Olathe, KS and Prairie Village, KS. The Salty in Independence, Missouri, for some reason doesn't care about Kansas basketball. Go figure!
It's a great way to keep in touch with my son as he continues his journey to a degree at KU. It's also a great way to keep up my chops in live TV, which is one of my major loves.
Should be a great 18 shows!
